From our base in Luton, Bedfordshire we work locally, nationally and internationally. At home we work in partnership frequently to reach audiences, develop local artists, support children’s mental health and enrichment and support Luton’s brilliant cultural scene.

We make work regularly with, and support, Next Generation Youth Theatre, work in partnership with various local educational providers and have co-produced work with Revoluton and The Culture Trust.

As part of Luton Council’s Arts and Cultural Strategy Group  we aim to collaborate with others to support Luton’s artists, audiences and young people.

Having spent many years without the security of core funding and as employers of huge numbers of freelancers we are continually aware of the precarity of working in the arts and in our work in Luton and Bedfordshire we are committed to securing more routes for artists to make work, more training and talent development programmes for emerging artists and better connections between the independent organisations, freelancers and funded organisations.

We offer training and mentoring to many emerging artists and organisations. Please get in touch to find out more.

As part of our commitment to supporting local talent we support companies like NGYT, Chalkline, Homegrown Festival, Luton Literature Festival, 5d Theatre, A Children’s Story, ACL Theatre. We have worked in collaboration with the Bedford and Luton Community Foundation to run a talent development programme IGNITE and Steel Charitable Foundation to support emerging creatives.
